Guangdong Yueke New Material Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, is a National High-Tech Enterprise specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of ceramic–steel composite wear-resistant parts. The company is ISO certified and recognized as a Guangdong “Specialized, Refined, Innovative” enterprise.
Supported by the doctoral research team of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences, Yueke is among the few companies worldwide mastering ceramic–steel composite technology. Our main products include blow bars, crusher hammers, wear liners and grinding rollers for mining, power generation, machinery and infrastructure applications.
By combining ceramic particles with steel, our products achieve 1–3 times longer service life than conventional steel wear parts, helping customers reduce maintenance costs, downtime and energy consumption. Yueke is also a core supplier to Kleemann, a John Deere brand.
The company operates an approximately 8,000 m² production facility equipped with complete casting lines and over 30 sets of manufacturing and testing equipment. Its core products include advanced ceramic-particle-reinforced metal matrix composites, particularly blow bars for impact crushers and hammers for hammer crushers.
Since its establishment in 2018, the company’s annual revenue has grown from RMB 2 million to RMB 27.78 million in 2025. Its products are exported directly to Germany, the United Kingdom and other international markets, with cumulative export earnings approaching EUR 2.5 million.
Guangdong Yueke New Material Co., Ltd. was jointly established by the Institute of New Materials of the Guangdong Academy of Sciences, Guangzhou Hongli Information Consulting Co., Ltd., and Pingyuan Lianxing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The institute traces its origins to the Guangzhou Research Institute of Non-Ferrous Metals, founded in 1971.
The Meizhou Engineering Technology Research Center was established. In the same year, the company obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, further strengthening its research, manufacturing and quality-control capabilities.
The company was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and received the Second Prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award, demonstrating its strong innovation and R&D capabilities.
New equipment and production lines were introduced to expand manufacturing capacity and improve delivery efficiency. The company began developing overseas markets and received the Guangdong Science and Technology Achievement Promotion Award.
The company obtained Environmental Management System certification and became a core supplier to Kleemann, a brand under John Deere, one of the world’s leading construction machinery groups.
The company received the First Prize of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Science and Technology Award. Annual revenue reached approximately RMB 30 million, with exports accounting for around two-thirds of total sales.
